most of the后面可以接名词单数，也可以接可数名词复数。
1、most of the+可数名词单数，谓语动词要用单数形式。例如：
Most of the apple is on the table.
那只苹果的大部分在桌子上。
2、most of the+不可数名词，谓语动词要用单数形式。例如：
Most of his time is spent in reading books.
他的大部分时间都花在了看书上了。
3、most of the+可数名词的复数形式，谓语动词要用复数形式。例如：
Most of the students in our class are boys.
我们班大多数的学生是男孩。
